These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Refluence, including but not limited to SMS communications. By using our website or services, including receiving SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Name and Description

Program Name: Refluence SMS Alerts

Refluence provides promotional, transactional, and service-related text messages to users who opt in, including marketing offers, lead generation updates, appointment reminders, and customer support notifications.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in to receive messages from Refluence, you authorize us to send you marketing and transactional messages, including promotional offers and updates, to the mobile number you provided.

You certify that you are the account holder of the mobile number or have the account holder’s permission to enroll that number to receive messages.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with Refluence. We typically send no more than 5 messages per month unless otherwise specified or agreed to.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Refluence is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider as a result of receiving text messages from us.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to any message you receive. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again or reply with an opt-in keyword, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our messaging service only for lawful purposes. You will not use our service to transmit any content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our messaging or other services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with the new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Compliance

We comply with applicable industry standards including CTIA guidelines and carrier regulations. Our messaging practices are also aligned with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
